Jim is a member of the Board of Directors for Team Gleason, a non-profit organization that raises awareness and funds in the pursuit of a cure for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The foundation was started by former New Orleans Saints star Steve Gleason, who was diagnosed with ALS in 2011.
